O-2 'Death's Head Patch' the Mike FACs at Ban Me Thout East had made. 
We got the idea one rainy day when SOG had a stand down and we were all
sitting in our main hooch drinking beer.  A few days later we had one of our radio
operators take the design with himon a trip to Ban Me Thout City and the local 'sew shop' ran some off for us.
